We look for companies who’s entrepreneur sees a strong opportunity for growth but which lacks management depth, experience, contacts &/or capital to achieve the growth. We partner with the existing entrepreneur and management team to find ways to accelerate growth and profit potential through capital and experience. We typically look for:

· A company in a market that has large, untapped growth potential

· $2mm to $20mm of profitable revenue

· Company located in the Western US (Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Utah)
